Cloze Analytics

DocsPlus Analytics lists various Document statistics, including how each answer was entered.

Review

To review the current Cloze Document, click  in the Analytics ribbon tab. The answers will become color-coded according to status.

 

Click an answer to see its status or browse the tabs on the left:

 

 All - the overall composition of answers.

 

 Same - answers that match the removed words. For each one, see how it was inputted and whether speech feedback was used.

 

 Different - answers that differ from the removed words (but aren't necessarily incorrect). For each one, see how it was inputted and whether speech feedback was used.

 

 None - blanks that were left unanswered.

 

On each tab, you can click Copy to capture a text-only summary of its contents (to then paste elsewhere).

Other Tools

These also appear in the Analytics ribbon tab:

 

 Statistics - see when the Document was last saved and each time Edit View/Analytics were accessed.

 

 Teacher Notes - a space for teachers to write comments.

 

 Print - produce a physical copy of the Analytics report.
