Options

DocsPlus is highly customizable and can be tailored to suit a wide range of people.

 

These settings appear in the Options ribbon tab.

User Options

These apply to the current Windows/Mac account:

 

 Speech

 

 Predictor

 

 Spell Check

 

 Display

 

 Access

 

 Restore - reset all user options to default.

 

 Export - save the current user options as a file. Opening the file will launch DocsPlus and apply the saved options.

Program Options

These apply to everyone who uses the device:

 

 Explorer - customize the locations shown when opening/saving.

 

 Word Pool - specify custom pronunciation and misspellings for certain words.

 

 Manage - start DocsPlus full screen, choose your webcam and microphone.

 

 Exam Mode - disable features to comply with exam regulations.
